Good Book But Read the Footnotes

Bottom Line: Well organized and well edited, but be sure to read the footnotes.
This book has chosen cases well and is up to date. There is very little textual material to read. Most of the book is cases and statutes with the author's original thoughts in the footnotes. So be sure to at least skim through those because info that would otherwise be in the text of another book is in the footnotes here. The book does a good job of refreshing Con Law and Civ Pro without going too far into those areas.
